Shweta S. Ghodadra is the Principal Owner & Founder of Neil Engineering Inc. She established Neil Engineering Inc. in 1997 in the State of Georgia. Presently Shweta Ghodadra serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer. The firm has grown into a leading independent engineering firm servicing the South Eastern United States. Through the leadership of Shweta Ghodadra the company has maintained a solid reputation of service and commitment to its clients, staff, and the community. As the Chief Executive Officer she provides solid fiscal management, operations, strategic development, and policy direction for the company. Shweta’s career highlights include construction management, subdivision design, cost estimating, master scheduling, contract management, close-out reports, and review and evaluation of projects for quality assurance. Her vast experience has grown Neil Engineering into a fully integrated Engineering and Consulting Services Firm. EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, MANAGING PARTNER
Shailesh Ghodadra is a Principal Owner & Executive Vice President of Neil Engineering Inc. He is responsible for the leadership and technical direction of all of the disciplines within the company. In his role as team leader Shailesh insures the successful completion of each project. Shailesh has over 35 years experience as an engineer and is recognized as a leader in aviation,transportation,water resources, and education. Shailesh is experienced with providing design and management on complex commercial projects,publicly funded projects. He has designed regulated storm water systems, sustainable stormwater systems, sanitary sewer collection systems (including services, mains, force mains, and lift stations), water distribution systems (including domestic water mains and fire water mains), and roadways (including road extensions, widening, and new roads.) He is licensed in six states and has continued to grow a staff of qualified engineers,construction managers, and design professionals. Shailesh’ core competencies has allowed him to work on multiple high profile projects on a local,state,and federal government level including The Atlanta Olympic Games Committee, as well as the Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson Airport $1.6 Billion Dollar Capital Expansion Project for more than two consecutive terms. Shailesh has served in many civic and volunteer positions.
CAROL M. GOULD, MPA
VICE PRESIDENT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, MANAGING PARTNER
Carol serves as the Vice President and Managing Partner for Neil Engineering servicing Chatham County and Coastal Georgia. Carol provides project management, administration and contract compliance and funding development services for the overall execution of projects. Her career highlights include land use and master planning, development, construction and program management with 30 years experience. Carol has a high degree of skills in all aspects of public, government and private sector funding. Her expertise includes the management of projects from pre-development through certificate of occupancy. Carol’s previous positions include owner/president of Majors Construction Enterprise Inc. and Senior Project Manager of DCW Construction Inc. She was appointed as Director of Economic Development for the State of Ohio. Carol was appointed by the Treasurer of the State of Ohio as a member of the Link Deposit Investment Board. She has served on the Atlanta Banking Consortium and National Housing Disabilities Board, Washington DC. She has been honored for outstanding business leadership by The United States Chamber Of Commerce, National Small Business Council, and the National Association Of Women in Construction. Mrs. Gould currently facilitates a mentor-protege program for the diversity & inclusion of minority & women owned businesses in design & construction industries.
