Hartsfield-Jackson Airport
Largest aviation project in the City of Atlanta, Georgia.Neil Engineering was awarded a 5-year term contract currently on-going. Neil Engineering, Inc is providing Sub-Consulting services for MEP/FP in support of Lead Discipline Consulting Services.

Utoy Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant
Neil Engineering provided the relocation of a one acre wetland. The site consisted of 70 acres used for development purposes. The majority of the site was located in flood plain. Our services included the design of road, water, sewer,and gas utilities. The design services included yard piping, process piping, concrete box structures,and other utilities around the 70 acre site. The storm system was designed using HEC-2c software.

Parker H. Petit Science Center
Georgia State University Parker Petit Science Center. Neil Engineering provided design services for 10 story building complete with wet labs, teaching labs, classrooms, and office spaces.

Atlanta Fire Station #13
LEED Certified, two-bay, two story fire stations. Designed to house a 14 person crew with sleeping quarters, a separate command center, and features a cantilevered balcony that gives the fire fighters a place to relax and view the city sky line.15,000 Sq. ft.
